Our 400 skilled workers (5–20 years experience) operate 4 production lines with Japanese embroidery machines. Full in-house quality control + third-party inspections (SGS, BV) ensure reliable quality for B2B buyers.

Do you accept OEM & ODM orders?
Yes. We support full OEM and ODM customization, including logo, fabric, style, color and packaging.
Can I get a sample first?
Samples are available. Sample cost and freight will be charged, and it can be refunded after bulk order confirmation.
What materials do you use for caps?
We use cotton, polyester, canvas, recycled fabric and other materials. BCI cotton and GRS recycled materials are available.
Do you have environmental certificates?
We have BCI, GRS and FSC certificates to meet global sustainable requirements.
Do you have quality control and certifications?
Yes. We have 100% in-house inspection from cutting to packing. Third-party inspections (SGS, BV) are available upon request. Our factory holds BSCI, ISO 9001, and products comply with REACH, CPSIA.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (bank transfer), L/C, and Western Union. Usually 30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L. Small amounts via PayPal are accepted.
